■ 03/07/08 - Incredible Hulk The last time we saw Bruce Banner's alter-ego in a console game was 2005's Ultimate Destruction. Instead of a linear, level-by-level story, the multi-platform title opened up the Hulk universe to a free-roaming experience similar to the film-inspired Spider-Man games. With the summer release of the newest Hulk movie, the raging, gamma ray-mutated mass of anger makes a return to consoles in a another open world game. Though it may be exciting to bound around Liberty Cit...I mean...New York City, without restriction, the overall experience is disgustingly hampered by a myriad of technical issues.

■ 30/06/08 - Incredible Hulk You've got to hand one thing to developer Edge of Reality: It has a better idea of how to craft a licensed Hulk game than Radical did five years ago. Radical's Hulk was nearly as forgettable as Ang Lee's attempt at re-imagining our radioactive hero. (Of course, Radical returned in 2005 with the stellar Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.) You'd be forgiven for assuming that Edge of Reality's new take on the surly green giant is a spiritual sequel to that cult favorite. Instead, The Incredible Hulk is based on the new movie. While it isn't an awful game, it's not a very good one, either.

■ 20/06/08 - Incredible Hulk Creating a great superhero game is not the easiest thing in the world - just as anyone who worked on a Superman title. It's the delicate balance of being all-powerful and yet vulnerable to a challenge that keeps the kids tapping away at the gamepad. Much like Superman, the Hulk has always been a hard character to peg in a game until a couple of years ago with the introduction of The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. Instead of levels, you let your big mean green machine bound across an open-world city from mission to mission. Cause too much havoc, and the army will start rolling down 5th street to prove just how much punishment the Hulk can really take. Ultimate Destruction was far from a perfect game, but the title proved to be a tremendous leap forward for the franchise.

■ 18/06/08 - Incredible Hulk With The Incredible Hulk taking in $54 million in its first movie weekend, Sega opted to release a licensed video game of the same name. It allows players to smash through locales using the Marvel hero's insurmountable strength. Unfortunately, the game suffers from additional setbacks, almost to the point where you want to yell "HULK SMASH!" and throw it into a wall.

■ 12/06/08 - Incredible Hulk Three years ago Radical Entertainment surprised critics and fans alike by delivering the high-quality Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. A good movie-licensed comic-book game is a very rare thing. The open-world Hulk game was infused with a sly sense of humor, some decent Test de Incredible Hulk sur Wii, chez Games Domain Yahoo.
