■ 23/05/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Fall of Liberty takes players to new battlegrounds in World War II, ones born from a changed moment in history that led to the Nazi invasion of 1950s America, delivering an explosive action experience in a world where famous real-world locations appear startlingly different under Nazi occupation.
■ 29/04/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Le pitch était pourtant alléchant : imaginons que Winston Churchill soit mort prématurément et que son décès ait entraîné la défaite des alliés sur le vieux continent. Cette défaite a bien évidemment donné des ailes aux nazis qui, dans leur lancée, ont envahi les USA. Cette belle petite pirouette, sur fond d’uchronie, aurait du nous permettre de sortir un peu la tête de l’habituel théâtre des opérations, les FPS basés sur la seconde guerre mondiale ayant tendance à tourner en rond avec les mêmes grandes batailles européennes. Malheureusement les bonnes idées ne font pas forcément les bons jeux…

■ 29/04/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Try as I might, I can’t come up with a single redeeming quality in Turning Point. The subject matter, alternate history or no, is worn wafer-thin. The controls are poorly laid out and the analog stick sensitivity feels off no matter which setting you choose.
■ 28/04/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Alors que le nombre de FPS estampillé WWII est assez conséquent, voilà que Spark Unlimited décide de nous servir un jeu où l'histoire a été remaniée. Les Nazis, après avoir conquis l'Europe et fait échouer le débarquement, se lancent à la conquête des Etats-Unis. Au moins, cela a le mérite d'être original. Voyons si la qualité est au rendez vous que lui a fixé l'originalité.....

■ 07/04/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Alors qu'il y a quelques jours nous fêtions la journée de la blague en tout genre en se collant des poissons en papier dans le dos d'un air narquois, Codemasters, en collaboration avec Spark, a décidé de continuer cette tradition pour le reste de la semaine en nous envoyant Turning Point......

■ 03/04/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Quelle surprise, un FPS sur la Seconde Guerre Mondiale ! Mais cette fois, les développeurs ont refait l'histoire : les Nazis n'ont pas plié et s'attaquent désormais aux Etats-Unis. Un point de départ intéressant pour un jeu qui, hélas, semble aussi daté que son sujet. Réalisation dépassée, bugs, gameplay simpliste... Un vrai retour en arrière dans un genre aujourd'hui tellement éculé qu'on en est extrêmement exigeant...

■ 02/04/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Turok is one of those video game names that is nearly as famous as Pac-Man. Ask anybody who was playing video games back in the mid 90’s who had a Nintendo 64. I missed out on the console original but I did get to play Turok when he came to the PC a few years later. Then all was quiet on the Indian vs. Dinosaur front until 2002 when Acclaim tried to revitalize the franchise with Turok: Evolution. Critics panned the game but I personally found it to be a refreshing change of pace for the original Xbox. I guess I just love dinosaurs.

Its promising premise supposes that without Winston Churchill around to rally the Allied forces, the Nazis quickly rolled over Europe before setting their sites on the shores of America. ■ 21/03/08 - Turning Point : Fall of Liberty Et si la Seconde Guerre mondiale n'avait pas eu la fin qu'on lui connaît ? Et si l'Allemagne nazie était parvenue à envahir l'Angleterre et à lancer une attaque d'envergure sur les Etats-Unis ? Et si Turning Point : Fall Of Liberty avait su tirer parti de son scénario uchronique pour nous livrer autre chose qu'un FPS sans âme ? Autant de questions existentielles auxquelles ce test tentera de répondre, avec ses petits moyens......
