■ 08/09/06 - Prison Tycoon There are quite a few oddball game concepts that, when described, sound horribly bad yet still somehow result in rather entertaining games. Rolling a giant ball around to clean up someone’s room, for example, sounds pretty lame…but in Katamari Damacy it turns out to be pretty damn fun. Prison Tycoon sounds like it would be an awfully bad game. As it turns out, it is.
