■ 08/02/08 - Massive Assault Network 2 Within the RTS/Strategy genre, the indie development scene has had a lot of movement recently. Introversion’s harrowing Defcon showing a stylized, depressing nuke-a-thon whilst Zee-3’s truly wonderful Naked War shows a more light hearted, cartoon-y approach to man’s inhumanity to man.
■ 31/07/07 - Massive Assault Network 2 It’s fun to watch a game evolve, whether it’s a state-of-the art groundbreaker like DOOM, whose second incarnation promised “play over telephone lines,” or a nifty little strategy game like Domination, the grandfather of Massive Assault Network 2 (MAN 2), which brings all the turn-based goodness of Domination to the internet, with fairly positive results.
■ 16/01/07 - Massive Assault Network 2 Wargamer.net brings turn-based action with several twists and turns to sci-fi strategy simulations. Massive Assault Network 2 is the third installment in the Massive Assault line and the second with the online multiplayer focus.
