■ 03/11/07 - Legend of the Dragon Legend of the Dragon is a fighting game based on a kids cartoon. A quick trip to Wikipedia told us that the show is about 15-year-old twins Ang and Ling Leung, brought up as fighters in modern China. When Ling is passed over for the title of Golden Dragon in favour of her brother, she turns to the dark side and joins with the Zodiac Master, vowing revenge on Ang, getting mixed up in a dark battle of good and evil, and receiving transformation powers.

■ 27/09/07 - Legend of Dragoon Legend of the Dragon is a very poor fighting game from Game Factory, based upon a cartoon that currently appears on Toon Disney. The main game revolves around lead characters Ang and Ling, although there are eighteen playable characters in total, all of whom are part of a martial arts themed conflict that involves humans transforming into stronger, beastlike versions of themselves.

Lackluster graphics, a poor control scheme and practically no storyline make this game almost unplayable.

Hell, even end up frustrating parents, too!

Legend of the Dragon for the PSP is a pure button masher that allows for two players to fight against each other in Ad-Hoc games or one player against the games AI.

■ 12/06/07 - Legend of the Dragon A few weeks ago we published a rather harsh Wii review of Legend of the Dragon where we lambasted everything from its controls, to the gameplay and the license on which it’s based. But we also took a light jab at the publishers for not providing a review copy. Well it looks like they’ve sought to make amends for their oversight by generously providing our rag-tag outfit with a retail copy of Legend of the Dragon for PSP.
■ 01/06/07 - Legend of the Dragon The martial arts and mystical Asian-themed adventures of Ang and Ling are well documented in the Disney Channel’s animated cartoon lineup and have since developed quite a following. It wasn’t a surprise that a game would soon come of the Legend of the Dragon show and no surprise that it would turn out to be a fighting game … after all, don’t we have a fighting games designed around characters from Inuyasha as well as Full Metal Alchemist?
