■ 20/02/08 - Lara Croft Tomb Raider : Anniversary There are several defining moments in my lengthy gaming past, most of which revolve around having to purchase new hardware to play a specific game. Prince of Persia forced me to upgrade from an Adlib to a SoundBlaster, Wing Commander forced me to purchase a 386 computer and eventually a Roland MT-32 sound system (several hundred dollars back in 1989), and in 1996, video game vixen, Lara Croft forced me to install a 3DFX daughter card onto my existing Diamond 3D card.
■ 19/02/08 - Lara Croft Tomb Raider : Anniversary Lara Croft refait son retour sur console Nintendo avec Lara Croft : Tomb Raider Anniversary sur Nintendo Wii. On se souvient tous de la pulpeuse Lara Croft, sortie en 1996 sur la Playstation première du nom, qui nous emmenait dans ses environnements aux airs de civilisations perdues. La première aventure de Lara sur Wii sera donc un cadeau d’anniversaire pour les 10 ans de celle qui aura démocratisé les premiers jeux d’aventure/action, avec trésors et leviers à chercher. En effet, ce Tomb Raider n’est autre qu’un remake du premier volet de cette saga d’Eidos......

■ 08/02/08 - Tomb Raider: Anniversary Lara Croft is back – and after losing her way somewhat after the first couple of outings, this is looking like the best Tomb Raider game ever. The original appeared way back in 1996, giving gamers a feast of 3D polygonal gaming, thrilling exploration and puzzling the like of which had never been seen before. The Lara Croft phenomenon went on to spawn a series of sequels, movies and any amount of work for Lara ‘look-alike’ models.
